How to use a VR Cardboard

To use virtual reality glasses you need a smart phone.

  1. go to the virtual reality page on click here.
  2. Then choose one of the 360 degree photos or videos

  1. make sure your screen is unlocked

In phones with IOS operating system do same as the following photo:

In phones with Android operating system do as the following photo:

Hold your phone horizontally to see a screen like this. Now you can watch the photo or video without glasses.

Touch “VR Setup” to set correct value for “VR Headset” as following:
For Virtual Reality Carboard (Type A), set “VR Headset” to “Cardboard A”.
For Virtual Reality headset (Type B), set “VR Headset” to “Cardboard B”.

After touching the cardboard sign the screen will be changed like this:

Touch “VR Setup” to  set correct value for “VR Headset” as following:

After setting touch “save” to fix the setting.  Finally choose “CLOSE” to make the photo or video ready for glass

Finally put the phone inside the glass as the following photo

Consider to put the phone exactly in the center of the glass

The type B

Open the slider rail from side of cardboard:

Put the set mobile phone in the slider like the following photo:

Put the slider in the cardboard and close it completely:

You can change the focal distance in the type B.

If the settings are done correctly, you will see “+” sign in the image clearly.

Put the cardboard on your eyes and enjoy your virtual presence in the place!
