Iran, Poland will develop cultural cooperation

Tehran, 9/20/2015, IRNA – Research Center of Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization and Polish University of Rzeszów will cooperate in the fields of archeology, historical linguistics, architecture, maintenance and repairing artifacts as well as anthropology.
Tehran-Warsaw cooperation will take place within the framework of a memorandum of understanding signed by head of ICHHTO research center Ahmad Beheshti and university chancellor Alexander Babkov.
As per the agreement, they will cooperate in the areas of archeology (underwater archeology), historical linguistics (Ancient Iran’s languages), Persian manuscripts, natural heritage, ecotourism and traditional arts as well as anthropology.

Cooperation will take place in the forms exchanging researchers and students and holding joint seminars and educational workshops.
A supervisory workshop comprising head of ICHHTO research center Ahmad Beheshti and university chancellor Alexander Babkov or their representatives will oversee the implementation of the deal and present a report.
Containing seven articles, the cultural agreement will be in force for five years and it can be extended for another five years, unless each of the parties calls for its termination six months in advance.
